Welcome to Crafty Connections! By accessing our website and purchasing our handmade products, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read them carefully.

1. About Us

Crafty Connections is a proudly Perth-based online arts and crafts store offering handcrafted, sustainable, and meaningful products made with care and creativity.

2. Product Information

  • All products are handmade in Australia, sometimes using recycled or repurposed materials.
  • Minor variations in colour, size, or texture are part of the charm and uniqueness of each item.
  • We strive for accuracy in all product descriptions and images, though slight differences may occur.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
  • Payment is required in full at the time of purchase via our secure checkout.
  • We accept payments through SHOP (Credit and Debit card )and Pay Pal.

4. Orders & Shipping

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.
  • Currently, we ship within Australia only.
  • For international orders, please contact us prior to purchasing.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
  • A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds (Please read the dedicated policy document regarding returns in the FAQS section.)

  • Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not offer returns for change of mind.
  • If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery on the 'contact us'  form on the main page of this website. 
  • We will work with you to organise a refund, exchange, or replacement where appropriate.
  • Please note: Custom or personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty.

6. Custom Orders

  • We welcome custom requests – let’s bring your ideas to life!
  • Custom orders must be paid in full before production begins and cannot be changed or cancelled once confirmed.
  • Turnaround times vary and will be clearly communicated during the process.

7. Our Sustainability Commitment

  • We are committed to using eco-friendly products in the making of our items where possible.
  • We encourage you to reuse or recycle packaging after delivery to help reduce environmental impact.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content, designs, and images on this website are the property of Crafty Connections.
  • Reproduction, redistribution, or unauthorised use is not permitted without our written consent.

  • Your privacy is important to us. We only collect the information necessary to process your order and keep you updated.
  • We will never spam you – but we may occasionally notify you about new products or seasonal promotions.
