  • Shipping Within Australia: We ship Australia-wide using reliable carriers. Delivery times typically range from 3–10 business days depending on your location.

  • International Shipping: At this stage, we only ship within Australia. We look forward to offering international delivery in the future.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and delivery address.

  • Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

  • Delivery Address: Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for items lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
