We only refund purchases if they are defective or damaged or do not match the product description. Items cannot be refunded if you change your mind, or decide you do not like the item.
We do not offer exchanges, only refunds.
To request a refund, or make a complaint, please contact Crafty Connections via the

Contact us before you send an item to us.
Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
You will be responsible for paying the delivery costs for returning your item. However, you are entitled to recover reasonable delivery costs if your request for a refund on the purchased product is approved. So keep receipts of your return delivery costs.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and returned back to the seller in the same condition that you received it. Ensure it is adequately packed to protect it during transit. To minimise the processing time of your claim include a copy of your order receipt.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit, including the original delivery cost, will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If your request is rejected you will be required to pay the delivery costs if you want your item returned.
If you haven't received a refund within 10 days of the notification of approval, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is applied. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is applied. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us via the
Contact form on this site.
