    All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
    Payment is required in full at the time of purchase via our secure checkout.

    Currently, we ship within Australia only.

    Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not offer returns for change of mind.

    If we are unable to process your payment, we will attempt to reprocess the payment or contact you for an alternative method. Failure to provide payment may result in the suspension or cancellation of your membership. All items in our possession will be returned to you at your cost.

    While Crafty Connections takes every precaution, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to maintain and protect the confidentiality of clients and the safety of products provided for sale, we will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages to any products or persons resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability to you will not exceed the membership fees you paid to us during the twelve (12) months preceding the event that gave rise to the claim.

    11. Dispute Resolution

    Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms will be resolved initially by contactingPippa Spibey, management of Crafty Connections. Should this fail to result in a resolution, the matter may be escalated through arbitration, mediation, or small claims court, depending on the nature of the dispute. This section does not apply where prohibited by law.

Can I return an item if it is defective or not as advertised?

  2. Verification Process:Upon receipt of your return request, we will verify the defect. This may involve requesting photographs or a detailed description of the issue.
  3. Defective Item Returns Only:We accept returns exclusively for defective items. Kindly notify us within 7 days of receiving the product if you believe it is defective. The item will be returned at the sender's cost, which will be refunded if the product is confirmed as defective.
  4. Condition of Return:The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and must include proof of purchase.
  5. Exchange Possibility:Under certain circumstances, following discussion with the owner, we may offer an exchange for a similar product instead of a refund.
  6. Refund Process:If the defect is verified, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The cost of postage will be included in the refund. Please allow 14 days for the refund to process.
